Textile industries are one of the largest water users in Bangladesh. When discharged as effluent, that water is polluting the rivers and surface water. Department of Environment (DoE) is working to enforce Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) in the dye houses of the country. Setting up ETP is a pre requisite for having clearance from DoE for factory setting. In the quest for sustainable development and environmental preservation, innovative approaches to Effluent Treatment Plant and also Sewage treatment have become increasingly crucial. Among the emerging solutions is the concept of Effluent Treatment Plant and Sewage Treatment Plants (ETP and STP).
Green Genesis Engineering Limited, is an engineering company which provides environmental services to treat the Effluent and sewage water according to Bangladesh standard for the safe survival of aquatic life as well as the environment. Our major scope of work is to supply, installation, fitting, fixing and commissioning of the whole system including all the mechanical and electrical equipment. We hereby provide the modern technology to treat the wastewater such as MBR (Membrane Bio Reactor), MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor), SBR (Sequential Batch Reactor), conventional ASP (Activated Sludge Process) based on physico-chemical, biological and biochemical processes. And for STP we brings out MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor), Packaged MBBR, MBR (Membrane Bio Reactor), RBC (Rotating Biological Contactor), Aquonic wastewater treatment.
Here, Green Genesis Engineering Limited brings out the Air Blower for the ETP and STP. ETP/STP blower is generally used for aeration in the ETP tank. The essential function of an aeration blower is to fulfill oxygen demands and maintain the treatment process at the lowest possible costs. A common measurement of proper airflow for the treatment process is to check the do (dissolved oxygen) concentration.
Aeration is a key component of ETP and STP, where air is infused into the wastewater to promote the growth of beneficial microorganisms. These microorganisms, through a process called aerobic digestion, break down organic pollutants present in the wastewater, purifying it in an environmentally friendly manner. By optimizing aeration techniques and utilizing energy-efficient blowers, ETP and STPs can significantly reduce energy consumption compared to conventional treatment methods.
Aeration levels in wastewater treatment are typically five to seven times higher than would naturally occur. If suddenly that oxygen level is not there, the microorganisms will quickly begin to die. Wastewater treatment systems can take days or weeks to get into balance, so system operators cannot take that risk. As a result, wastewater treatment systems typically have multiple blowers to provide a degree of redundancy that enables the process to continue in the event a blower needs maintenance or repair.
Effluent Treatment Plant and Sewage Treatment Plants (ETP and STPs) represent a game-changing advancement in wastewater management. By leveraging the power of aeration and advanced technologies, Green Genesis Engineering Limited offer a sustainable and eco-friendly solution to treat wastewater. These plants contribute to energy efficiency, reduce carbon emissions, and promote the circular economy through the generation of renewable energy. As societies worldwide grapple with the challenges of water scarcity and environmental conservation, the adoption of ETP and STP can pave the way for a greener and more sustainable future. Continued research, development, and implementation of ETP and STPs hold the potential to revolutionize the way we, Green Genesis engineering Limited approach sewage treatment, offering a cleaner and healthier environment for generations to come.
